Our bees forage on the wildflowers, clover, and fruit blossoms across our farm and the surrounding countryside, producing a rich, complex honey that changes character with the seasons. Spring honey is light and floral, while fall honey is darker with notes of goldenrod and aster.
We maintain 30 hives across the farm, positioned near different flowering areas. Our beekeeper, Tom Hartley, practices natural beekeeping methods and never treats the hives with synthetic chemicals. The honey is strained but never heated, preserving all its natural enzymes and benefits.
