Our hens roam freely across lush pastures, foraging for insects, seeds, and grasses that give their eggs rich, golden yolks and exceptional flavor. We raise a mix of heritage breeds including Rhode Island Reds, Buff Orpingtons, and Ameraucanas, producing eggs in shades of brown, cream, and blue.
We maintain a flock of approximately 200 hens that are rotated to fresh pasture regularly. The birds have access to clean water, supplemental organic feed, and comfortable coops for nighttime roosting. We never use antibiotics or hormones.
