Our small herd of Angus cattle is raised entirely on pasture, grazing on the diverse grasses and legumes that grow across our hillside fields. The beef is dry-aged for 21 days for superior tenderness and flavor. We offer individual cuts and quarter, half, and whole beef shares.
Our cattle are born and raised on the farm, spending their entire lives on pasture. They are never given growth hormones or routine antibiotics. We work with a local USDA-inspected processor to ensure the highest quality cuts.
